Delivery Terms

Order Processing
Orders placed will be processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If the desired product is out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Generally, product delivery takes between 2-4 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
• Rural Area Deliveries: For orders destined for less accessible areas, delivery times may vary between 3-5 business days.

Delivery Costs

• Standard delivery is free for orders exceeding 1000 RON.
• For smaller orders, the delivery cost is 25 RON, and international delivery costs are 85 RON.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used to check the delivery status via the courier's website.
If you experience difficulties tracking your order or there is a delay in delivery, please contact us for further assistance.

Delivery Issues

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will take the necessary steps to replace the product or issue a refund, in accordance with the store's return policy.
